At TravisMathew, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, a prepaid UPS shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all original tags are present, and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
